This house was perfect! It was large, clean, had an amazing game room. The kids were thoroughly entertained. The pool was warm and clean. Great location within walking distance to resort pool area. No complaints. We would stay here again.

Our vacation at Magic Dream Memories home was perfect in every way. The home is exactly as Tom described . It has a perfect layout for everyone. The bedrooms each have a en suite bath with comfortable beds and thoughtful furnishings. The relaxing sofa and the super easy to use Large TV in the living room was our go to hub after visiting all the varies attractions in the area. Which really are a super short drive away. On the days we wanted to chill out, we spent in the lovely screened in lanai, swimming in the pool, watching TV or just enjoying the scenic view. I AM the chief cook and bottle washer in the family and I found the kitchen to be spacious and easy to use.. And if that wasn't enough the HUGE theater/ game room was a blast. The TV, theater seating, games and ambience was also a perfect place to kick back. Thank you Tom for your warm welcome. We would love to vacation here again and again.

Our recent stay at this wonderful villa was our fifth and we are already looking forward to many more in the years ahead.

We have stayed in many resorts in the Kissimmee area over the last thirty plus years but when we discovered Windsor Hills about fifteen years ago, we knew we had found the best the area has to offer.

The community itself is beautifully kept and the relatively recent addition of the large water park was a delight to our grandchildren who came to visit us.

The villa itself sits on the best location within the entire resort. Its south-facing pool is bathed in Florida sunshine all day long (although you can retreat to the shade whenever you wish). It is a very short stroll to the main resort pool and water park.

The owner Tom, has wasted nothing in providing his guests with luxury accommodation at every turn. Top notch appliances and superior electronics make your stay care free. The furniture and fixtures are upscale and the beds are very top quality.

You can spend your days in the parks that are a short drive away and your evenings enjoying the spa on the pool deck or alternatively relaxing in the reclining loungers in the theatre room being entertained over multiple television and movie platforms by a huge television and theatre quality sound. The kids can entertain themselves with pinball, a multicade or X-box.

Perhaps most appreciated is Tom’s quick and thorough response to visitors’ needs as they inevitably arise. He is truly there to make your visit as pleasant as can be. He provides truly exceptional service to his guests.

We can’t wait for our next visit to this vacation gem!

We were a family of eight: Two adult couples and four children from ages 10 to 1 1⁄2 as we stayed here for 10 nights. This home was perfect for us. The two adults couples were able to sleep in the very comfortable king sized beds while the young ones all had their own twin bed. Each bedroom, as represented in the diagram and pictures, has a connecting bathroom. The game room in the converted garage was awesome as the kids never tired of the games as there were so many choices and even the adults played a few games.
This home is very convenient to the Disney parks. It took us only 15 minutes from leaving the property to exiting the car at any of the Disney parks and we did them all. As other mentioned, there is a Walmart that is very close by and you pass each time you visit Disney. The children loved the pool and even though it has salt water, to them and us as well, you could not tell any difference. Only issue to be aware of is the sparseness of household items as there is only a small salt & pepper shaker, small dish soap, two dishwasher pods for 10 days, very small hand soap in each bathroom and no shampoo or conditioner. So, just be prepared to buy what you need for your stay.
I have rented through VBRO maybe 15 times or more in many countries and this owner, Tom, is at the top of the list as he was extremely communitive and helpful. When an issue with the batteries with the TV remotes died, he reacted quickly as he expressed mailed a package that was delivered the next day. We considered staying at a different property due to this home being more money but we were so glad we choice to stay here as there were so many positives: Location, pool, game room, bedrooms, large TV’s and helpful owner.

Wow just wow . We have rented many places and so far this one has out done them all . Tom was an absolute amazing host he was very responsive and always addressed concerns or any thing promptly and professionally. First thing is the Beds were so comfortable A++++ No back aches after vacation . The pool was so clean and we enjoyed lots of swimming along with a ginourmous pool and a fun splash pad slide area swimming at the clubhouse that was spectacular they have a little store with a cook to order pizza fries sandwiches and a whole bunch of yummy stuff. Back to the rental we loved the den turned into a game room movie room we had lots of fun family movie nights and the theatre seating was so comfortable. And a good place to cool off that little Air-conditioner was the best . The kuerig coffee provided was so extra and we loved that . The patio was so enjoyable with all the comfortable seating and fans . This place was so quiet as well and with no back neighbors you have a beautiful view morning or night . We will be back for sure . We loved having a bathroom attached to each bedroom that made getting ready in the mornings easy . Tom thanks for your hospitality your doing great . My only suggestion would be to keep extra TP in each bathroom and maybe a couple tide pods so we could have done a load of wash or 2 after staying a whole week.

We’ve stayed at Windsor in the past but never this home but we decided to give it a try and I’m so glad we did! The layout is phenomenal, we all had our own space but also so many places to congregate as a family. I love the open concept kitchen/dining/living room, we were all able to feel included no matter what we were doing. The location of the home in the resort is by far the best, so close to the club house and a great view of the pond. The home was equipped with everything we needed and/or wanted. Tom was great at communicating everything prior to our arrival. Make the reservation you won’t regret it!!!

As always this vacation home was perfect for our home away from home. It is so close to all the theme parks so no wasting time sitting in traffic on your holidays. There is every gadget going. Great nights in the home cinema and games room with our family. Bonus for the hubby and son was watching live football whilst in the pool! Thank you Tom for an amazing stay once again.

The home and location were perfect for a Disney Vacation with a larger family!

I just enjoyed our first family vacation with my four grandchildren, a family of 7 total at Tom’s beautiful home. In person the house is even more gorgeous than the photos, which I didn’t think was possible. On arrival the house was spotless and sanitized which was impressive and put us at ease. All furnishings and decor are modern, chic, yet functional at the same time. Beds are super comfy. The children loved their custom beds and took turns switching rooms. The game room/theater and pool/sauna was loved by adults and children every day. We stayed on property for the week with only one day at a park.
Beautiful high end appliances and state of the art sound system, everything exceeded our expectations!

Tom had excellent communication from start to finish, went above and beyond providing quality customer service. He patiently answered all questions, but with kindness and was thorough.
Every detail in the home is well appointed and though out!

We could not have been happier with this home and overall rental experience with Tom & Magic Dream Memories. We've rented homes in the Windsor Hills community a handful of times, and this was far and away our best experience. We especially appreciated the cost of pool heat already being included in the up front rental cost rather than being faced with the stressful decision upon arrival whether or not to spend the extra $$ for pool heat. The house was very clean upon our arrival, and the kids bedrooms were each set up as requested with the decorations they picked out from the list Tom provided. The kids absolutely loved the game room, and the already heated pool was a vacation-saver during a week when the weather wasn't all that great. The pre-arrival communication from Tom helped ease much of the anxiety that often comes with planning a family vacation. We were able to look through the home documentation well in advance of our trip, and it answered many of our questions before we even got on the airplane. This rental experience exceeded our expectations, and when planning our next family vacation we won't hesitate to rent from Tom again.

We had 3 families over Christmas of 2021. The house was perfect in every way! The "magic room", as our teen daughters names the game room, was a HUGE HIT! We use VRBOs all the time and this property is by far the nicest that we've ever stayed in! WONDERFUL! Plus, the host is VERY ACCOMMODATING AND HELPFUL!

This is a perfect house for a trip to WDW- it is very close to the parks! The outside pool area is really nice- and the community has a wonderful pool and waterslide area! One thing- pay attention to the light switches, they can be tricky- but they are all labeled. The homeowner/management company is very responsive with any and all questions from start to finish.

Kids loved it and me and my wife enjoyed the pool and the theater. Great house, clean and modern

The house was beautiful and so comfortable! Plenty of space to share our vacation with friends and the kitchen and dining area is prefect for staying in and eating. The location is perfect for easy travel to the Disney Parks. Lastly the kids enjoyed the pool everyday.

Beautiful home with so many cool features and the most comfortable beds. We loved the game room and spent many hours competing in pinball or relaxing in the home theater. The hot tub was the perfect place after hours at the park. Super convenient to parks and stores. 10-12 min from driveway to Disney parking lot. Location was great-about 15 minutes (at most) driving to each Disney Park. We would typically wait that long for the hotel shuttle!
The owner thought of EVERYTHING! Bed rooms were customized for the kids (Star Wars for my son, Princesses for my girls)
Pool was clean and hot tub was relaxing.
Also, community pool was vey nice with mini water park included. This was a nice surprise.

We spent almost a week at the house for a Disney trip. We had two families, four adults and five kids. The house was exactly what we needed! Everything about the property was spot on, including comfortable beds and very easy access to the Parks. We also really enjoyed having a swimming pool right out the back door.

The house sits about 10 minutes from the front door to all the Disney parks. Access was extremely easy.

Tom, the owner, was fantastic to work with. He is very friendly and great to work with throughout the process.

A wonderful home for a family getaway. This beautiful home was the perfect place to enjoy family time in every way. It is minutes from the airport and Disney parks but there is no need to leave there is a water park right on the property. We enjoyed everything this luxurious home had to offer. Every bedroom was perfectly decorated with so much attention to detail. My grand children enjoyed the big swimming pool and fun filled arcade & game room. Then after a fun filled day they eagerly went to sleep in theIr perfect princess and super hero bedrooms . The master suites were big and beautifully furnished, decorated with every comfort In mind. The adults loved the Jacuzzi and did I mention the Theatre room.. Movie night, Karaoke night, and Dance Party were just a few evenings we enjoyed. The audio and video system throughout the home were amazing. The kitchen is beautiful with plenty of seating and everything you need to make a perfect breakfast, lunch or dinner. We grilled for dinner every evening and enjoyed nights on the lanai. We met Cisco, Nely and Sebastian. They were so helpful and answered every question . They truly made our stay a magical lifetime memory. We will definitely stay again soon. Thank you for a great stay.

Our recent stay at this beautiful home was perfect. Just bring your clothes and you are all set. The location is great being so close to the airport and Disney Theme parks. Having a water park right on the property was awesome too. We really just wanted family time and to get away from the cold and this home did a great job of bringing my family together. We had breakfast in the beautiful open kitchen. There was plenty of room for everyone. Lunch on the beautiful Lanai and evening cocktails while enjoying the lighted Jacuzzi. By day the children loved the arcade & game room as well as the pool. By night the Disney themed bedrooms made their dreams extra magical. The adults enjoyed the incredible in home theater and after an exciting fun filled day we retired peacefully to a master suite on a bed designed for comfort. The home is very clean, the appliances are modern and beautiful and everything you could possibly need is right there. I even used an air fryer for the first time. The management staff are excellent and attentive to every detail to ensure you enjoy you stay. I will definitely return to this home and look forward to making more magic dream memories.

Fully loaded home for our family stay. Great location, great pool and hot tub with space for our group. We enjoyed watching the Super Bowl from the theater/game room. Was as shown in photos and no extra fees were one of the main reasons we chose this house. We would pick this house again.

This property is beautiful, located inside the Windsor Hills complex. It is close to all of the Disney parks, and convenient grocery shopping and restaurants nearby. This configuration (single floor, detached from other units, 4 bedroom/4 bath) was perfect for our family. The kids loved the game room/theater room. We enjoyed the private attached pool and spa so much we never even tried out the complex's pool and water park. The management staff was very responsive and helpful to any question we had. We would definitely stay here again.

We had such a great experience at Tom's home last year that we decided to go again. We were not disappointed! The house was clean, well-appointed and perfectly located. This home was just as the pictures show! Very modern and upscale decor, spacious rooms, awesome theme bedding and headboards in the kids' room, refreshing private pool and fun games/theater room! We stayed at the property in September, 2019 with our daughter and granddaughter and the location couldn't have been better...such a short drive to Disney World and a short walk to the Clubhouse/Resort Pool and Waterpark! We enjoyed the luxury of the large televisions in all areas and the newer kitchen and laundry appliances. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom which was such a nice convenience. Tom was a great owner who was very responsive and communicated when we reached out to him. He was quick to meet our needs whenever we required anything. His pride of ownership shows in this property. We would definitely recommend!

Everything was as close to perfect as we could expect. The grandchildren had a blast at the villa, at all the parks and three days at the beach. They have stated repeatedly that this is where we want to stay when we go back to Florida.

This is the most amazing home rental experience, and we've stayed at some awesome places! This property was absolutely stunning. Clean, comfortable and had every single amenity you could possible need from the kitchen, to the pool. If you really appreciate quality and comfort - this is the house for you. We will be going back and/ or finding other houses to rent from Tom!

We have been renting homes in Windsor Hills for twelve years and we were so fortunate to have found this lovely newly renovated luxury home. It is situated in the prime location of the entire resort. The south facing pool ensures plenty of sun and the privacy is unmatched with a terrific view of both the lake and water park. Windsor Hills is located very close to the most popular tourists attractions, wonderful dining opportunities and shopping. For the avid golfer, the Kissimmee area affords many courses across a variety of price points; dozens within a short drive. The villa is extremely well equipped with the very best in appliances and electronics. The kitchen and outdoor grill will please the most discerning of cooks. The theatre room is exceptional for evening movies or gaming. Relax in the spa while catching ‘the game’ on the pool deck television if you like. The amenities seem never-ending. The owner Tom, is fantastic to deal with and Cisco, who manages the property is attentive to your every need. They genuinely care about making your stay exceptional. What a great team! What a great property! Indeed, the very best!

Cant say enough about this place was simply amazing house it was super clean and just awesome. The kids beds were great my kids had such a great time they didnt want to leave the house on some days. You wont be disappointed.

This rental was lovely! Exactly as described, fantastic location very close to Disney, and very clean. The kitchen contained every utensil and machine you could ever want. The beds were very comfortable and the TVs in each room were great. The pool and outdoor furniture were used daily and the kids had a ball! Tom was wonderful to work with and Cisco, the maintenance manager, was very helpful and friendly. Overall, this was exactly what we were looking for and we would rent it again in a heartbeat.

Lovely home with all the bells and whistles my family wanted for a vacation. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and my teenage son loved the game room/theater.
