MDM 5/5 2nd S Lake View Premium Pool Home +Loft-No Up-chrgs!

My family and I spent 3 fabulous weeks in this villa ( 2 years previous we had stayed in Tom's other villa next door and we thought that was luxurious!). It has everything that you could possibly wish for including an amazing cinema room (with the biggest TV ever) where we spent many enjoyable evenings watching films on Netflix. It also had an XBox which the kids loved playing especially on the large screen. Tom Neumann goes out of his way to ensure that you have a memorable stay and nothing is too much trouble for him. I would recommend his Windsor Hill Villas to everyone.

Our stay was great, the house was clean and perfect for our group of 9. The house has absolutely everything available to you and we couldn’t complain. This is a house that we absolutely would stay at again. Close to Disney parks. Tom was great in responding quickly to any minor questions we had. We went to the resort pool one day and it was very nice, the main pool is heated but the kid pool and slide section isn’t so it was freezing cold water. If we had one suggestion for the house it would be to install a handrail for the pool steps. We had a 77 year old with bad knees who would have loved to get in the pool but was afraid he wouldn’t be able to safely get out because there wasn’t a handrail. Hot tub got nice and hot. We really loved our stay and hope to be back and will choose this house.

It worked perfectly for our family. Every one had their own room and bathroom. The game room was a big hit and we loved the pool/hot tub as well. Great location. Very easy to get to Disney, Universal, etc.

Great stay at this location. We went to all of the Disney parks. Keeps you from getting on highway 4 with all of the stop and go traffic. Only a few min to a large Walmart and CVS. The house is great for a large families. Location was very quite. Great correspondence with the owner/renter. Would rent again.

This was by far our best and highest quality experience with a rental home/property. Bar none. Our experience was first class from start to finish. The communication and customer service from the property owner was highly professional, thorough, timely and frequent. The property was immaculate, well maintained and in an excellent location with easy access to activities, restaurants, grocery stores and attractions. Amenities were of high quality and as described in the property description. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

I stayed at this home with my family and a group of friends in August 2023. We had travelled all the way from Barbados and wanted to have a really nice time. We were blown away by what we saw upon entering the home. It was beyond our expectations. The owner Tom was very responsive. Everything was perfect! Great location, lots of space, great amenities. Each family felt as if they had their own private quarters despite all being in one house. It was great!

The rental was as described and perfect for our trip. What I was most impressed with was the host (Magic Dream Memories) and their attention to detail. If felt as though they considered everything. The customer service was prompt, thorough and very professional. I would use recommend anytime.

We have travelled to Florida from the UK many times now and this is the best villa we have ever stayed in. The location is amazing, it was great being able to leave the parks through the day and go back to the villa to change clothes etc. due to the proximity of this villa to Disney. The gated community is well looked after and secure. The area is very well maintained and we regularly saw gardeners and landscapers working nearby. The villa itself is superb, Tom has not spared any expense, appliances are high spec and in most cases brand new. The cinema room with a pinball machine was a highlight for us. The pool is lovely and clean with refreshing saltwater and no chlorine smell. The kitchen was fully kitted out with dishes, utensils and a coffee machine. Large fridge with freezer and ice machine.
Beds are super comfy. Honestly I could keep going on and on about how good this villa is. We 100% recommend it to anyone, you will not be disappointed.

Great house great location

Beautiful home. We had a fabulous time. Party of 6 adults and 4 children.

We went with another couple and their kids. The kids had a blast playing in the pool and being able to have their space.

My family and I had such a wonderful time at this property. It was nothing but perfect. The property manager was great and always responded quickly whenever we needed to reach out to him about anything. The house was very clean and had more then enough space for our family of 7. The home was in such a convenient area, right down the road from shops, walmart and resturants. We would definitely recommended this property to others and would stay here again in the future.

We had a great stay at this home for our 9 day trip to Orlando. It is a great jumping off point for the parks as they are fairly close. Walmart less than a mile away makes shopping easy. The house is super comfortable, the beds gave great rest and thr game room (especially the Jurassic Park pinball machine and theater) were a big hit with kids and adults alike. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a villa where the owner has taken care to include everything you could need for a wonderful vacation. The home theatre was a great place to catch up on sport and the pool was heated just right. Tom was very responsive and sent lots of helpful information . Will definitely book again

Loved that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Customer service is excellent with an on-site presence.

We have been renting various homes in the Windsor Hills community for a number of years. I have to say that the owner of this home and the management company he employs is hands down the best we have ever dealt with. AMAZING communication from start to finish throughout the process and ANYTHING that was an issue they took care of immediately. The house is 100% in the condition the photos illustrate. ALL of the furnishings and technologies in the home are premium and very high quality. The location is amazing. Highlight for my family is the home theater and game room, Jurassic Park pinball got a work out and a half the week we were there. The ONLY thing we were a bit disappointed with was the video game was broken and it was needing to be serviced. Otherwise we will 100% rent this home in 2022 when we return. DEFINITELY rent this house!!

This home was more beautiful in person and provided our family wonderful relaxing experience!

We stayed here with our 5 month old, 2 year old, and 18 month old neice as well as more family. It was spacious for everyone! It had all the amenities! It was so close to Walmart to get all you needed for the week away and it was minutes from Disney which was so convenient! The host was amazing, up to the day we arrived! Always responsive! Great vacation!

Spacious home with great amenities and proximity to Disney. The whole family loved the pool & media/game room as well. The owner pays attention to details like cooking utensils, towels, new carpet and good bedding. High tech appliances were a bit finicky - TVs, oven.

The place is very nice and accommodating for bigger families. The game room was the biggest hit and the pool was nice. Some of the house is outdated and bathroom could definitely use a remodel. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would come back!

Fantastic houses, we rented 2 for our daughters destination wedding. They were clean, well appointed and close to everything. They really made the wedding special! Don't hesitate to stay here. Tom is terrific and so easy to deal with. We'll beck for the next family trip for sure!

My family loved our stay with MDM. First. The house was in perfect condition with everything working as described. My kids LOVED the pool/spa as well as the truly impressive home theater. My husband enjoyed the video games and Sonos sound around the home. I loved the top notch appliances, comfortable furniture, and great location that allowed us to walk to the community pool, playground and go a little over a mile to Walmart for supplies. We didn't do Disney, but this house is extremely close to the parks. We honestly didn't leave the house because... we didn't want to! That's a good stay!

This house was great. Tom is very accommodating and responsive. We had 11 people in the house on more than enough room to have our own space and our own bathrooms was a great addition. The pool is warm and the hot tub is hot. There was an entire closet of towels. They have every amenity you would need in your house. The neighborhood pool was great. The only thing was the kids slides water was not heated but that’s not a big deal. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!!!!

If you're searching for a vacation home in Kissimmee near theme park fun and/or needing relaxation in the FL sun, you can stop looking! I highly recommend renting one of the Magic Dream Memories homes if they're available. Words can't express how much we enjoyed our stay at Windsor Hills in one of Tom's premium homes.

We realized quickly what a fabulous location Tom's homes are in Windsor Hills! We were 5 houses from the community pool & water slides, which was just a couple minute walk with no streets to cross. The tennis court, basketball court, volleyball, and putting green was right around the corner too. I felt more than comfortable letting my older kids/ teens walk by themselves to those areas to play. My younger kids LOVED the large castle playground, which was a longer walk but still very convenient. Windsor Hills is the closest gated resort community to Disney World (2 miles) that has villas with pools. It felt very safe, secure, and family friendly.

The house itself was amazing. It was incredibly clean and well maintained. The decor is gorgeous. My kids LOVED the home's game room. Free Xbox game access, Netflix, and Disney Plus, an arcade machine and pinball, theater seating and a giant TV. They were in heaven! The heated pool and spa were also fantastic. South facing, which truly makes a difference, and allows for both beautiful sunrises and sunsets. No rear neighbors blocking the view... which was a gorgeous lake! We really appreciated the salt water pool, as chlorine can sometimes aggravate my son's asthma and skin. All the appliances are newer and high quality. Kitchen was extremely well stocked with any pot, pan, dish, utensil etc you would need. Best of all, the beds were extremely comfortable!

Tom, the owner, & Cisco, the property manager, were both extremely responsive and helpful. It's obvious they care about their homes and providing the absolute best vacation experience for their guests.

Really enjoyable stay. Tom made the experience easy and fun. Very clean home with lots to do, and the clubhouse activities (slides, splash pad) were great for the kids. Only downside was the hot tub was out of order, but Tom did everything he could to accommodate us. Highly recommend!

This rental house was amazing! Due to covid we did not want to go to the big parks. The game room and pool kept our 3 boys occupied for almost 2 weeks. They golfed at Disney which is only a couple miles away. Great access to restaurants and grocery delivery. Beautiful property that we will definitely rent again. The management company was super responsive and helpful with check in details and preparation for our stay. Highly recommend.

The house was wonderful. It was extremely well supplied from beach towels to cooking. The kids enjoyed the game room, and we all enjoyed the movie theatre every night. All appliances were up to date modern. The pool and hot tub were also very used by us. We will definitely be back!

If you have kids and want the best possible experience, this home is perfect. The owner furnished the place with everything a family would want sparring no detail. Kids themed bedrooms based on what your kids want? Check. Highest-end movie and game room? Check. The latest technology throughout the house, including in the pool? Check. Top notch furniture, appliances, sound system, TVs and security - and cleanliness? Check. Beautiful view, nice facility water park, and 5 minutes to Disney? Check. On-top-of-all-this the owner and support staff could not have been more delightful, professional, and responsive.

This beautiful home was the perfect home base to our Disney vacation.

The location was amazing close to Walmart close to lots of restaurants and you could be at Disney parks within 10 minutes. The kids loved the game Room the home theater and the pool was such a nice treat.

We were able to eat breakfast each morning and have snacks to pack to take to the parks.

We would love to visit this home again and the feature!

The house is perfect for families. The pool and spa a great. The game room is pretty convenient. Owner really helpful as well as the management guy.

The house and property were in a very convenient location to everything we needed. The house was very modern and up to date. My kids enjoyed all the extras, like the move theater and arcade machine. Everyone had an exceptional time.

This is a fantastic property that we would definitely use again!
It was a perfect set-up that exceeded our expectations. The proximity to the theme parks, Orlando, the airport and local grocery shopping and restaurants make it a perfect location.
The hot tub and pool were simple to operate and were used by all at the end of our busy theme parking days!
The games room was a great addition. The nostalgia of the old arcade games made the evenings even more fun.
The movie theatre and access to Netflix/XBox was enjoyed by all of us.
An exceptional property that I would recommend to anyone!
The cost of a stay here can not even compare to the excessive price of nearby resort hotels.

The villa is fabulous and has everything that a family could wish for. The Cinema Room (complete with reclining cinema seats, the largest TV ever, Netflix and XBox) is awesome. The owner, Tom, goes out of his way to ensure your stay is absolutely perfect, and nothing is too much trouble for him. The end of our stay coincided with Hurricane Dorian and Tom, together with his manager, Cisco, kept us informed and up to date of its progress and ensured that we were safe. Fortunately, Dorian bypassed us and we were unaffected.

The vacation home was awesome The grandkids gave it a rating as high as the Disney parks They loved the game room Wanted to know when we can come back again we will definitely be back thank you so much for sharing your home

the villa is in a great location with a short walk to the club house if you want a change of scenery or just to enjoy a larger pool and water slides.
whilst dealing with the owner and management team on a couple of minor issues they responded quickly and efficiently.
best review i can give is we are looking at flights now to re book for later in the year just hope the house is still available
